Oral presentations

Presentation

  • file format: PPTX or PDF
  • HDMI and RGB ports available.
  • You can use your own PC (Windows or Mac). Or you can use the Windows PC provided in Room A, B, and C.

Time

  • Plenary lectures (PL): 50 minutes
  • Keynote lectures (KL): 35 minutes incl. Q/A
  • Invited Lectures (IL): 25 minutes incl. Q/A
  • Standard oral lectures (OS): 15 minutes incl. Q/A
  • Young oral lectures (YO): 8 + 2 (Q/A) min.

Outstanding Young Oral Award

The outstanding young oral presentation will be awarded at the banquet (LINK FOREST) on Thursday, Dec 6.

Poster presentations

Posters

Please bring a printed poster for your presentation.

  • preferred size and layout: A0 (height 1189 mm × width 841 mm), portrait layout.
  • Posters can be displayed from 15:00 on each day.

Poster session

The poster session is located in the foyer at the International House and is divided into two parts taking place on Monday, Dec. 4 and Tuesday, Dec. 5 from 16:45 to 18:25. For more information and the lists of posters presented on each day, please check the program book and visit the program page

Authors are kindly requested to deinstall their posters immediately after the poster session. The following morning at 10:00 a.m. we need to prepare the poster boards for the following poster session. After this time the left posters may be discarded.
